10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cameroon, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

International Users: Our Services are controlled and operated from Cameroon. We make no representation that materials on our Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access our Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Cameroon arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Douala, Cameroon, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
