LORD GIVE ME ONE MORE CHANCE

At THKOGM, we are known for our love, not for our outward appearance, not for our wealth, not for our clothes. We are known for being children of God through our “Love.”

– Love comes from God; love originates from God. When you put His word into practice, it allows you to draw closer to Him.

– Many may preach about love but do not practice it at all. Sometimes love is only demonstrated by a certain type of person when they are already on their deathbed or in their coffin. This love is conditional because we want to be acclaimed and glorified by those around us.

– Man was created in the image of God. So if God destroys us, it is a part of Himself that He destroys through us.

King David said to God, “Father, do not destroy me. Give me another chance, and I will be transformed. Can my dead body praise and glorify you? Give me another chance, and I must teach your people true love, your precepts, your statutes, your commandments, your word—I must teach them how to live by them.”

The Bible says no one is holy, no one is righteous, only Jehovah.

Jesus came down to Jerusalem to set us free from captivity. He came to correct our mistakes.

Lord, give me another chance to enable us to stand firm in the face of adversity, to repent, and to do acts of charity, forgiving those who have wronged us.

For God to correct our mistakes, He must do so through our neighbor
